Duties

Your duties

  • To assist in the timely and effective completion of all reasonable requests made by your immediate Supervisor.
  • Onsite cleaning duties, ensuring the trolleys are always in a clean and presentable condition and free of litter.
  • Responsible for ensuring you abide by the safe working procedures of a trolley operative
  • Dealing with customers including customer complaints, customer services and customer facing duties; referring this to your direct line manager.
  • Provide the highest standard of service to our customer minimising and non-productive time.
  • Ensuring all customer requirements are fulfilled
  • To carry out general maintenance, inspection, cleaning and repairs to the trolley fleet on site.
  • Compliance to company policies and group management systems

Qualifications

  • Be able to provide proof of work or British Citizenship
  • Be able to be flexible to cover shifts, sometimes at short notice
  • Be part of the emergency call out team on a weekly rota basis
  • Provide 5 year checkable history
