Car Park Management Operative - Edinburgh
Duties
Your duties
- To assist in the timely and effective completion of all reasonable requests made by your immediate Supervisor.
- Onsite cleaning duties, ensuring the trolleys are always in a clean and presentable condition and free of litter.
- Responsible for ensuring you abide by the safe working procedures of a trolley operative
- Dealing with customers including customer complaints, customer services and customer facing duties; referring this to your direct line manager.
- Provide the highest standard of service to our customer minimising and non-productive time.
- Ensuring all customer requirements are fulfilled
- To carry out general maintenance, inspection, cleaning and repairs to the trolley fleet on site.
- Compliance to company policies and group management systems

- Flexible and able to work as part of a team if and when necessary
- Good interpersonal skills
- Willing to acquire and develop new skills/qualifications if and when necessary
- Be able to provide proof of work or British Citizenship
- Be able to be flexible to cover shifts, sometimes at short notice
- Be part of the emergency call out team on a weekly rota basis
- Provide 5 year checkable history
