Extensive project planning

The success of a project is often based on detailed consultation even before the start – and on comprehensive planning. Every project is unique, which is why our experts take a lot of time at the beginning to discuss all the details.

As soon as all the basic information is available, we analyse, calculate and clarify the individual technical project requirements. We will then undertake the construction management and project controlling for you and coordinate the assembly works.

We create CAD sketches, store and cable diagrams according to your specifications and work out an exact project schedule on this basis. With this approach, even larger rollouts can be implemented smoothly, resource-efficiently and on schedule.

On request, we can develop needs-based, sustainable service concepts. Wanzl works exclusively with specialised partner companies.

The products are installed and commissioned only by authorised, specifically qualified Wanzl specialists. This ensures compliance with all legal and official regulations as well as maximum functionality.

In addition to handling Wanzl products, we also install third-party products. Our service portfolio also includes connection and integration into existing IT systems. Appropriately trained specialists are involved in the entire assembly and installation process so that you are also legally protected.

The process and resource plans created at the beginning ensure that installation goes smoothly and according to plan. We undertake retrofitting, modernisation or conversion projects with the proven Wanzl professionalism.

Our experts will be happy to help over the telephone or by e-mail during our opening hours, at no charge on the service hotline. If the problem cannot be solved by telephone or via remote service for software systems, we will send qualified service partners to you.

If you need spare parts, we will assist you in choosing and ordering them via the catalogue. We offer standard or express delivery. High system availability is made possible by our wide range of spare parts – using original components from Wanzl or parts from external suppliers.

On request, installation can be carried out by our experts, who are always close to our customers thanks to our dense and international service network.

We also assist you with the maintenance of your equipment. This ensures that the products retain their value and functionality, and reduces downtimes.

Wanzl’s comprehensive hassle-free service also includes an all-in lease service. At the end of the service life, we will happily take the products back or supply you with new models. Our other services include preventive services and an extended warranty option.

As part of a service contract, we will agree on individual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with defined conditions.
