Your duties
- As part of the Wanzl Car Park Management Team, you will be overseeing the collection of abandoned trolleys and ensure that they are quickly returned to customer pick-up points in a good clean condition.
- Managing a small team to deliver the highest standard of service to our customer.
- Ensuring adherence across the team to the Company's HR and H&S policies and procedures.
- Undertaking the accurate recording and submission of time sheets on a weekly basis.
- Completing weekly rosters.
- Liaising with store managers and colleagues to help develop and maintain excellent working customer relationships.
- Dealing with customers and resolving any complaints.
- Carrying out general maintenance, inspection, cleaning and repairs to the trolley fleet on site.
- Motivating, training and developing a flexible team.
