As part of the Wanzl Car Park Management Team you will be required to oversee the collection of abandoned trolleys and ensure that they are quickly returned to customer pick-up points in a good clean condition.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure optimum car park efficiency by ensuring the timely retrieval of trolleys and returning them to the customer pick up points and store
• Onsite cleaning duties, ensuring the trolleys are always in a clean and presentable condition and free of litter
• Responsible for ensuring you abide by the safe working procedures of a trolley operative
• Dealing with customers including customer complaints, customer services and customer facing duties; referring this to your direct line manager
• Drive a tug and trailor for trolley collections

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Full UK Drivers License required
• Based in or around the Manchester Area
• Trustworthy, reliable and punctual
• Excellent communication skills and able to work as part of a team
• This role involves weekend work, applicants must be available for weekend shifts
• This is a manual role and requires an element of physical fitness
