Your duties

Key Responsibilities |
Team Lead
o Day-to-day supervision of administrators, helpdesk, and office support staff
o Support with guidance, coaching and feedback with performance reviews and develop teams skills
o Training new admin / support staff on processes and systems
o Applies HR & QESH Policies fairly eg conduct, capability, attendance and health and safety
o Acting as the deputy to the SDM for internal operations as and when required
Service Support
o First escalation point for internal issues before they go to SDM/CM
o Support scheduling and dispatch of Engineers/Technicians
o Ensure work orders, job sheets, and PPMs are issued, updated and closed
o Monitor SLAs and flag risks early to the SDM
Stock & Logisitics
o Oversee stores, van stock levels, goods-in/out
o Coordinate ordering of parts and consumables within agreed budgets
o Maintain asset and stock records in CAFM/CMMS or ERP systems
Contract & Compliance Admin
o Maintain contract documentation, certificates, and statutory records
o Assist with gathering data for KPIs, monthly reports, and audits
o Ensure documentation is correctly filed and traceable
Continuous Improvement
o Help streamline workflows, forms, and standard operating procedures
o Provide practical feedback from the office/engineers to SDM & CM
Any additional ad-hoc tasks and support projects also to be completed to ensure the efficient running of the service office.
