Removing baked goods is a convenient and intuitive process for customers. All they have to do is open the hygienic cover. The delay created by the automatic soft-closing function gives the customer plenty of time to remove their chosen items. Once the items have been removed, the hygienic cover automatically closes the compartment again. As a result, your baked goods remain perfectly protected.

When it comes to filling and cleaning the bakery modules, your staff will benefit from the efficient solution. The filling process allows your situation and your processes on the sales floor to be taken into account. All cleaning materials are stored in the unit in a user-friendly and easy-to-access manner, saving valuable working time.
Modular and flexible
Changes to the product range can be dealt with quickly using the sales system. Each sales module is made up of four identical baked goods levels. Three identical sequences per level provide plenty of space for extensive product ranges. Furthermore, the BakeOff 2.0/2.1 systems can be combined or converted with shelves from the BakeOff 3.0.
