The KT3 order picking trolley is the basis for many picking jobs. The optional 5th castor makes it particularly agile and easy to manoeuvre. Whether handle, writing board or wire tray, wire or wooden shelves, you are always best equipped with the KT3.
The basic model
Standard equipment: Chassis made of square tubing with welded bottom tray. Side panels made from square tubing frame with wire lattice, inserted into chassis and screwed into place.
Castors: 4 Wanzl swivel castors Ø 125 mm, rubber tread. Including deflector rings made of rubber. Alternatively with swivel castor set with 2 brakes or 2 fixed castors.
Surface finish: High-gloss, galvanised, chrome-plated.

Static elements
If the trolley has a load of more than 50 kg or a ladder (accessory) is used, at least 1 static element must be fitted.
[4] Screwed-in wire shelf
The wire shelf is screwed in at the upper end between both side panels. Mesh size 100 x 30 mm.
[5] Fixed pole
The connecting tube is screwed in between the two side panels on the top end.
[6] Rear panel
The grid back panel not only prevents the goods from slipping through, but thanks to its static properties also increases the load capacity of the trolley to 300 kg. Mesh size 50 x 50 mm.
Additional accessories
[7] Attachable wire shelves
The wire shelves can be attached at heights at 50 mm intervals. Mesh size 100 x 30 mm. Including plastic elements for mounting and damping noise.
[8] Push bar
The pushing handles are made from plastic-coated steel tubing. They are available in ultramarine blue or fire red.
[9] Step
Only possible in combination with a static element! Folding metal step with three positions.
[10] Writing board
The hanging writing board is fitted with a terminal strip. The angle can be adjusted separately.
[11] 5th castor
Mechanical version. The trolley can thus be rotated 360° on the spot.

[5] Divider grid

[6] Scanner rail
Made of metal. Suitable for wire shelves with or without raised edges.
[7] Sheet‑metal shelf
The sheet‑metal shelves can be hooked in at 50 mm height intervals. Optional freely adjustable dividers.
[8] Shelf with wooden base
For hooking in. Includes plastic elements for stabilization and noise reduction.
[9] Wire door
Available only in combination with a wire rear panel! Two‑leaf wire door with locking mechanism. Mesh size 50 × 50 mm.
[10] Document holder
Metal plate with clamping rail for screwing on.
[11] Mobile power supply
System plate with Li‑ion battery, inverter, and 4‑way power strip for pick‑to‑light components, printers, displays, etc.
[12] Writing board
The coated metal plate can be written on with chalk.
[13] Wire basket
Thanks to the fine mesh size of 5 × 5 mm, your small items are safely stored here. Dimensions: length 235 mm × width 170 mm × height 135 mm.
[14] Clothes rail
For hooking in. Ideal for transporting hanging garments.
[15] Antistatic strap
For reliable discharge of static electricity. Mounted on the base frame or on the 5th wheel.
