Cost-efficient and customised small-series production

The new KT3-X with variable sizes

When order picking runs smoothly, the supply chain benefits The new Wanzl KT3-X order picking trolley – completely customisable for efficient creation of value in order picking processes across industry sectors – will be rolling onto the market from April 2017.

The sizes are variable in terms of length, width and height, which is a new feature in this order picking trolley. Standardised is out, customised is in. The smallest model is 886 x 410 x 1,170 mm, and the Maxi version is 1,816 x 810 x 1,870 mm (length/width/height). In between, the KT3-X can be individually configured for its intended purpose in increments of 3-10 cm, and at a reasonable cost. This means there is plenty of room for small, cost-efficient batches of up to 100.

Special edition model available at series production terms

The selected Customised Solution, with a load capacity of up to 300 kilograms, is available for batch sizes of 1 or more. With original Wanzl castor wheels, the handling is perfect when moving in a straight line and remains perfectly on track when going around any corners.
