• Assist in the timely collection of trolleys and returning them to customer pick-up points in a good clean condition.
• Assist customers in locating lost vehicles.
• Respond positively to any reasonable request made by any member of staff, customer or site supervisor.
• Carry out onsite cleaning duties, ensuring the trolleys are always in a clean and presentable condition and free of litter.
• Ensure you abide by the safe working procedures of a trolley operative.
• Deal with customers including customer complaints, customer services and customer facing duties; referring this to your direct line manager.

Requirements of the Trolley Retrieval Operative:

• Must live locally.
• Enthusiastic and able to motivate and develop self
• Must be trustworthy, reliable and punctual
• Must have excellent communication skills and able to work as part of a team
• This is a manual role and requires an element of physical fitness
• Have a UK driving license
