At the ibis budget Bremen City Center, there is a totally new way to get to the breakfast area – a Galaxy Gate from Wanzl is now making the breakfast service more straightforward.
Guests can check in automatically at the Galaxy Gate with their breakfast vouchers. The access control system controls the flow of guests and only allows permitted persons into the dining room. The staff can now focus fully on providing the breakfast service.
The hotel management is impressed by the automatic access control system, as an analysis of the number of guests, peak times and the user quota can be viewed with just a few clicks. This enables the required quantities for the breakfast to be better planned. A win-win all round – the buffet is always kept full and food wastage is reduced.
